The Team Coaches are the backbone of our learning methodology. They facilitate and coach the teams towards team performance, having as result the ability of the individuals to form a learning team, to organize themselves as a team in order to start a business or an entrepreneurial project.

Cosmin Alexandru

Cosmin is also co-founder and Dean at The Entrepreneurship Academy. He is Leadership teacher at the MBA program of MSM Romania, having taught also in Azerbaijan, Iran and China. His specializes in Team Development consultancy.

Peer Stoop
TEAM COACH

Peer Stoop

Having extensive experience in building visionary educational methods, Peer developed several courses on communication, diversity, teamwork and leadership and serves as an expert for Dialogue and Multiculturality courses at EA. He is also the Executive Director of Schoolvision.

Ilinca Paun

Ilinca Păun

Ilinca worked in real estate, serving as CEO of Colliers International Romania until 2018. She is an entrepreneur, also a business angel in property related startups. Ilinca is co-founder, team coach and business mentor at The Entrepreneurship Academy in Bucharest.

Dragos has a bachelor's degree in economics and after working in several corporations he joined Universitatea Alternativă to build better education for undergraduate students in Romania. asked questions

Students spend time getting to know each other in the time of the initial Learning Journey in the first semester. While on Learning Journey, the coaches facilitate a process in which the students become teams of students.

First, they form at their choice little groups based on friendships and preferences. The second step facilitated by the coach is to unite pairs of 2 groups into one, at the choice of students. The third step is for the coach to use the student’s profiles and criteria for diversity.

Throughout the years, a team could remain with the same coach, but also the academy and the students could consult and decide to change the coach with a new one, based on the team needs at that moment. The objective here is to create a perfect match between the coach skills and value add and the team context and challenges.
