Our admission process is open throughout the year and eligible applicants must be at a minimum educational level of 11th grade in highschool.
There are three admission stages:
An online application that the candidates have to submit, comprising aspects like personal and academic details, some personal statements, a video, and a CV. Please make sure you have/create a Gmail account in order to apply (Time invested: 3 hours).
A full working day, spent in the faculty. The aim of the day is that candidates get a glimpse of how a regular day of a student’s life looks like. They will solve a real business challenge, work in teams, learn from experts, interact with students and coaches. (Time invested: 12 hours). Due to COVID restrictions, the current Bootdays take place on an online platform for an approximate duration of 6-7 hours.
An online/offline interview session centered around the candidate’s experience so far in the process. Observations from the Bootday will be addressed. Prior to the interview the candidate will go through a 30 minutes cognitive and personality test, that will also be subject for conversation during the interview (Time invested: 1,5 hours).
01. Fill in the online Application Form 3 hours
An online application form that the candidates have to submit, comprising aspects like personal and academic details, a video and a CV.
02. Receive the answer from the Admission Council 3 days after deadline
The online application form can be submitted at any time. The evaluation will be made after the official deadline (have a look at the admission calendar) and the answer will be sent in maximum 3 days after that term.
03. Participate in the Bootday 12 hours
If the online application does not meet the required standards, it can either be rejected, or the candidate can be asked to redo it and he will receive another deadline of submitting it (after that, the application can only be accepted or rejected). If the online application is admitted by our Admission Council, candidates are invited to experience the faculty in a one day interaction with other applicants, called the Bootday (have a look at the admission calendar). Here candidates will get a glimpse of how a regular day of a student’s life looks like. They will solve a real business challenge, work in teams, learn from experts, interact with students and coaches.
04. Participate in the Interview 1.5 hours
All Bootday participants are then invited to an online/offline interview session centered around the candidate’s experience so far in the process (at the start of the week after the Bootday). Observations from the Bootday will be addressed. Prior to the interview the candidate will go through a 30 minutes cognitive and personality test that will also be subject for conversation during the interview.
05. Receive the final answer 1 week after the Interview
Within one week after the Interview, all candidates will receive the final answer. The answer can be:
Yes – the candidate has 2 weeks to confirm his/her place by paying a deposit of 10% of the yearly tuition fee. The confirmation implies: the student place is guaranteed, he/she is added to the online community of future students, he/she will be in close contact with EA community and will be invited to a multitude of learning events, he/she will have access to the financing tools;
Maybe – The candidate receives feedback on what to improve and he/she is invited to another Bootday, without going through step 1, the Online Application (filling in the application form);
No – The candidate receives feedback on his/her performance and he cannot re-apply.
06. Confirm the place 2 weeks after receiving the positive answer
If a candidate gets a positive final answer, he has 2 weeks from the moment he receives it, to confirm his place, by paying a 10% deposit from the yearly tuition fee (it will be deducted from the total yearly payment).
07. Enter the online community of future students 2 days after the place confirmation
After the moment a candidate confirms his place, he is considered a future student. Consequently, he is added in the online community where he will meet his future colleagues, he will be kept close to the EA – The Entrepreneurship Academy community, he will be invited to different learning and community events (online and offline).
08. Sign the student contract and submit documents in the month after the graduation exam
After the graduation exam, the future students will meet with the Admission Council in order to sign the student contract, receive the invoice for the tuition fee, and submit a series of mandatory documents (such as English Certification, Highschool Diploma, Baccalaureate Diploma).
09. Enter the first academic year September

1. Can I apply without having an English Certificate?
Yes, you can apply without one, the deadline for presenting it is immediately after taking your Baccalaureate Exam. What is needed during the admission process is a very good level of English, given the fact that all the stages, except for the Interview, are in English.
2. What is the minimum overall grade required for the Baccalaureate exam?
We do not require a specific grade in the Baccalaureate, but you need the Baccalaureate Diploma when you enrol as a student at EA – The Entrepreneurship Academy. As a result, you need to successfully pass it.
3. How many times can I go through the admission process?
Maximum twice, in the following way:
4. If I apply in the 11th grade, when will the faculty start?
Even if you apply long in advance, and you are accepted, the faculty, in your case, will start in the autumn following your highschool graduation and the Baccalaureate exam.
